We ordered a set of (5) servos and (5) drives. The drives appear to work since they power on and hold the rotor still on the motors. They are unable to communicate via RS-485 (industry standard). I involved a 3rd party engineer and he agreed, there is no way to follow any of their documentation to communicate with the drives. These motors are drives are not usable. I am past my refund period by a few days, I will be asking Alibaba to step in and help with a refund.

I ordered a servo, driver, servo power cable, and servo encoder cable. I was sent a servo, driver, and (2) power cables. I cannot test the servo since I don't have the correct cables. It looks like it is good quality. I won't know until I can source the correct cables.
